Strategic Plan Strategy: Teams in each building meet regularly to examine social-emotional, academic, attendance and discipline data for students OR Use regular attendance data to create and implement strategies to support regular attendance and help students feel belonging at school.

School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): The % of English Language students in grades 3-5 demonstrating proficiency on the state ELA test will grow from 59.5% to 65%.
Strategic Plan Strategy: Ensure classrooms are culturally responsive, relevant, and inclusive.
- Action: Provide PD for all classroom teachers on culturally responsive strategies and structures during PD Days, Staff Meetings, Grade Level Collaboration Time, and co-planning time with ELD teachers or our LAS.
- Action: Analyze classroom assessment data to determine next steps (reteach, small groups, individual instruction)
